QMS (Quality Management System) Manager

PROFILE SEARCH
BAC+5 in engineering or technician in quality, industrial engineering or in a related field.
Knowledge of ISO standards and continuous improvement tools Quality management certification (e.g. Lead Auditor ISO 9001) Significant experience in the field of quality management Age: 30 years+    MAIN MISSIONS: • Define the company’s quality objectives and set up performance indicators   Implement and maintain a quality management system that complies with standards 

• Plan internal audits to assess the conformity of processes and products • Propose corrective and preventive actions to improve quality   Train staff in good quality practices and raise awareness of quality issues • Coordinate activities related to the company’s quality certification • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and products EXPERIENCE Knowledge of quality standards and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.) 

Ability to set up and maintain an effective quality management system Internal and external audit skills to assess compliance with standards Mastery of continuous improvement tools such as PDCA, 5S, Lean Six Sigma, etc. Ability to train and raise awareness among staff on good quality practices Excellent communication and project management skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments within the company.
