For the needs of its services, the Factory Management of LA PASTA SA is looking for candidates for the city of Douala for the position of:
Quality Assurance Controller (2)
Purpose of the position:
Ensure the conformity of raw materials and consumables, products in progress, and finished products according to pre-established standards, before their shipment to the Finished Products Store.
Main missions:
- Participate in planning activities and developing quality control provisions;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing parameters and instructions;
- Participate in the development of control tools (data collection sheets, summary files, etc.);
- Implement sampling and control/analysis techniques according to the protocol;
- Consolidate and synthesize all self-control data related to manufacturing;
- Identify anomalies, their causes and propose solutions;
- Identify and mark any non-compliant or suspect product in manufacture and monitor processing;
- Ensure and raise awareness among staff regarding compliance with good hygiene and manufacturing practices;
- Ensure the traceability of manufacturing operations (internal traceability);
- Write daily control/analysis reports and measures to be taken to improve production and reduce cases of non-conformity.
Profile / Key skills:
- Bac+2 Chemistry, Biochemistry, Agri-Food Industry, or any other equivalent diploma;
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the food industry;
- Knowledge of agro-industry, quality management and biochemistry;
- Mastery of the Office suite.
