The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Public Works
bring to the attention of the public that they are organizing an entrance examination into the 1st year for the
account of the academic year 2023/2024, in the cycle of Higher Technicians of the School
National Superior of Public Works, annex of Buea. The number of places is distributed as
follows:
Civil Engineering (95 places), Rural Engineering (65 places), Topography (75 places), Town Planning (SS places)
This competition is open only to holders (or subject to obtaining) of one of the
following diplomas:
Baccalaureate C, D, E, F, TI; GCE (ALs) with Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry
obtained in one session; City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate, the Professional Certificate or
any other diploma recognized as equivalent by the Ministry of Higher Education.
The contest will take place on July 29, 2023 from 07:00.
FILE APP
Applications must be submitted no later than July 07, 2023:
either at the Yaoundé ENSTP or at the Buéa Annex,
either at the Center for Public Works Trades in Garoua or Akonolinga,
or in the Regional Public Works Delegations.
They will include:
an application form to be collected from one of the examination centers (1) and specifying the option
requested and the examination center chosen,
NB: The candidate will choose only one option.
a certified copy of the birth certificate dated within the last three months;
an extract from the criminal record (B3) dating back less than three months;
a certified copy of the corresponding diploma, or a certificate of achievement;
a medical certificate attesting that the candidate is suitable for the Public Works trades;
a payment receipt to the ENSTP-ANNEX BUEA account N° 08667042000-41
domiciled at BICEC, agency account: 06842 BUEA, for an amount of 20,000 FCFA
representing the competition fees and bearing the candidate’s name. Candidates residing
in a city other than BUEA will deposit the competition fees at the BICEC of the city
concerned but the transfer costs are at their expense.
a sponsorship letter for the financing(2) of the studies, the model of which can be obtained from the
examination center;
a 4×4 photo to be stapled on the application form;
an authorization to compete (for public officials) issued by the Ministry
use;
A certificate of nationality for foreign applicants.
NB: (1) No cash payment will be made at the Examination Center
(2) The selection of foreign candidates will be based on file review.
(1) EXAMINATION CENTERS
The competition will take place in the following centers: Bafoussam; Buea; Garoua; Yaounde
NB: Candidates will compose exclusively in the examination center chosen on
presentation of their National Identity Card.
(2) TUITION FAIRIES, 2023/2024
Tuition fees are:
185,000 CFA francs for Cameroonians and
435,000 CFA francs for foreigners.
