Razel-Bec is recruiting an ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL OFFICER M/F
OUR OFFER
As part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract for the construction and operation of road tolls in Cameroon which entered into force on July 8, 2022, we are looking for an Administrative and Financial Project Manager attached to the General Manager of the local Project Company, a subsidiary of the FAYAT/RAZEL group which signed and executes this contract. You will be in charge of the administrative and financial follow-up of this structure in charge of the execution of the PPP contract.
The missions that are envisaged are the following:
- Assistance to the Chief Executive Officer for administrative and financial matters and the management of Committees;
- Monthly financial reports to lenders and technical and environmental consultants;
- Assistance with monthly drawdowns of bank credits for the financing of works;
- Monitoring of the project’s financial indicators, accounting closures in connection with the CACs, budget monitoring and insurance management;
- Management of a SAGE-type accounting & payroll ERP;
- Control of tax and social declarations;
- More generally, good on-site monitoring of the project’s financial documentation.
YOUR PROFILE
You ideally have a first experience in the administrative and financial field with also an interest in contract management.
You have strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to all situations in a foreign country, you are committed to your business and know how to take responsibility. Finally, you have a strong sense of human relations and a certain taste for teamwork.
A fluent level of English would be a plus.
The mission period extends over 6 months during which you will be housed and transported as part of your professional activities.
Your intervention will require regular mobility on different project sites within the territory, with prospects for VIE employment.
