As part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract for construction and operation of road tolls in Cameroon, RAZEL-BEC is looking for an Administrative and Financial Project Manager M/F




RAZEL-BEC (6,000 employees, 800 million euros in turnover), a Public Works subsidiary of the FAYAT group, is present in France and abroad. Expert in all areas of Public Works (Underground Works, Engineering Structures, Industrial and Nuclear Civil Engineering, Linear Infrastructure and Earthmoving, Dams, Environment and Urban Engineering), RAZEL-BEC tackles complex projects and carries out turnkey operations. The synergy with the other subsidiaries of the FAYAT Group allows us to offer a global offer and to be up to the most ambitious projects.

The International Directorate (ID) of RAZEL-BEC has been present on the African continent since 1948 and is expanding to other areas. Its multi-business activity now allows it to respond to any type of land use planning request. The DI is present in Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Zambia



RAZEL-BEC has been present for 70 years in Cameroon, with about 1500 employees, an agency, a dozen projects in progress, three quarries, a technical center.

MISSION

You will report to the Managing Director of the local Project Company, a subsidiary of the FAYAT/RAZEL group that signed and executes this contract. You will be in charge of the administrative and financial follow-up of this structure in charge of the execution of the PPP contract.

You will take charge of the following main missions:

  • Assistance to the Director General for administrative and financial matters and the management of the Committees;
  • Monthly financial reporting to lenders and technical and environmental advice;
  • Assistance with the monthly drawings of bank loans for the financing of the works;
  • Monitoring of the project’s financial indicators, accounting closures in connection with the CACs, budget monitoring and insurance management;
  • Management of a SAGE type accounting & payroll ERP;
  • Control of tax and social security declarations;
  • More generally, good on-site monitoring of the project’s financial documentation.




PROFILE

  • Graduate of a higher education and specialized in Management and Accounting (DCG / DSCG, School of Management / Business, Master 2).
  • You ideally have a first experience in the administrative and financial field with an interest in contract management.
  • You ideally have a first experience on administrative topics such as personnel management or social law.
  • You benefit from strong analytical skills and adaptation to all situations in a foreign country, you are committed to your activity and know how to take responsibility. Finally, you have a strong sense of human relations and a certain taste for teamwork.
  • A fluent level of English would be a plus.

The mission period extends over 12 months during which you will be accommodated and transported as part of your professional activities.

Your intervention will require mobility on different sites within the territory.
