RECEPTION MANAGER

The Hotel Vendôme  is looking for, as part of its activities, 01  RECEPTION MANAGER (M/F)

 

 

 

 

ASSIGNMENT

Manage, supervise and control the work of the reception team

•  Ensure the smooth running of the various reception shifts and compliance with the Group’s quality procedures/standards
•  Ensure the interface with the various departments of the establishment
•  Respond to customer complaints and requests
•  Manage daily receipts and invoicing
•  Monitor accounts receivable in coordination with management
•  Oversee reservations

 

 

PROFILE

•  You are the image of our company and represent the values ​​of the company.
• Thanks to your experience in the hotel industry, you are ready to take on challenges.

Desired skills:

•  Professional experience as a hotel receptionist
• Experience with hotel reservation software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc…
• Knowledge of how booking sites work, such as Booking and TripAdvisor
• customer service attitude
• Excellent sense of organization and communication
• A degree in hotel management would be a plus
