OBJECTIVES OF THE OFFER
Recruit three (03) Interns to support the operations of the TBG Consulting Division.

SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED BY THE LEARNER(S) DURING THE INTERNSHIP
– Appropriation of the basic rules for the position
– Appropriation of organizational policy and relationship with office clients
– Appropriation of skills and expertise marketed by the Business Development department
– Acquire the specific and professional skills to assist the Business Development department on a daily basis in all the Department’s activities
– Learn to manage and coordinate multiple teams that interact with the service
– Learn how to plan, conduct and write minutes of a meeting
– Learn how to prepare and present the firm’s services
– Learn how to identify and recruit an Expert or Partner for a business
– Training in the use of the internal commercial management system, MK BID
– Take ownership of the Bureau’s Proposal development process
– Acquire the skills necessary to progress to the position of business analyst
POSITION AFTER TRAINING IF SELECTED:
Business Analyst
REQUIRED PROFILE
– You have at least one previous experience in the following disciplines in an agency/firm/communications – marketing consultancy:
> Development of strategic recommendations
> Design Writing
> Digital Strategies
> Project management
> Content creation
> Social media management
> 3D graphic design
– Hold a minimum of a BAC + 3 in one of the following disciplines: Communication, Marketing and Commercial Action, Commercial Negotiation, Sales Techniques, Corporate Communication, Management, etc.
– Have a good command of French and English (spoken and written);
– Master the computer tool (Internet, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);
– Master the management of social networks, CRM tools and others;
– Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, diplomacy;
– Be a good communicator, proactive and versatile;
– Be able to take initiatives, solve problems and work independently;
– Be customer-oriented, enthusiastic and have a high level of commitment, Team spirit, Ability to plan and prioritize, interpersonal skills, sense of initiative;
