THE MISSIONS OF THE POSITION
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization’s products, services and customer service policies.
– Manage accounts and achieve or exceed goals for revenue growth, operations, profit margin, product and service sales mix,
– Reach out to existing customers to draw attention to the products and services offered.
– Organize and set up the schedule of visits: making contact and making appointments, optimizing travel.
– Write commercial offers, technical response, quote follow-up.
– Follow up on sales requests made by potential customers through website chats, emails and inbound calls.
– Monitor the sales process from offer to payment and subsequent processing by relevant departments.
– Maintain contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
– Ensure sales targets are met through adequate planning, regular follow-ups and timely reporting.
– Identify new markets and business opportunities and organize meetings with potential clients.
– Highlight the company’s brand, benefits and value proposition in forms of communication.
– Stay abreast of current industry trends and coordinate networking and business development with the team.
POSITION AFTER EVALUATION PERIOD IF SELECTED:
Junior Business Developer
REQUIRED PROFILE
– Hold a minimum of a BAC + 3 in one of the following disciplines: Marketing and Commercial Action, Commercial Negotiation, Sales Techniques, Corporate Communication, Management, etc.
– Have a good command of French and English (spoken and written);
– Master the computer tool (Internet, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);
– Master the management of social networks (Facebook, Instagram);
– Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, diplomacy;
– Be a good communicator, proactive and versatile;
– Be able to take initiatives, solve problems and work independently;
– Be customer-oriented, enthusiastic and have a high level of commitment, Team spirit, Ability to plan and prioritize, interpersonal skills, sense of initiative;
– Have at least 1 year of professional experience;
– Having experience in selling communication services including advertising media and gadgets will be an asset.
