CHOCOCAM TIGER BRANDS is looking for 01 Field Sales Supervisor for the needs of its activities .
Main mission
What will you do ?
- Develop the supervision sector assigned to him;
- Ensure the role of relay of ascending and descending information between its salespeople and Management, it distributes tasks and finds or proposes solutions to customer complaints relating to product shortages, slow or very slow moving stocks, products with close expiry date still in stock, non-delivery of products ordered by retail customers;
- Ensure that the destocked SDs are sufficiently stored according to the real needs of the market in its supervision sector;
- Destock through its team of sellers all the SDs to be destocked located in its supervision sector so as to guarantee new orders of these destocked SDs for the following months;
- Monitor the evolution of the stocks of the destocked SDs located in its supervision sector and control the DLV of the various products in stock in the stores of the destocked SDs and advise them in the preparation of their monthly orders to be placed with the Distributor (KP);
- Ensure that the sellers of his team regularly and daily report all the cash collected from the retailers to the cleared Wholesalers and that in turn, the SDs also pay their invoices to the Distributor who supplies them;
- Ensure optimal coverage of retail POS in its supervision sector in terms of presence, visits and customer follow-up;
- Ensure the supervision of the sector sales team;
- Monitor the proper execution of all Trade Marketing operations in its supervisory sector and report on them;
- Permanently update your sales universe based on the sales universes of all the salespeople in your team as well as “In Market Sales” (IMS);
- Ensure the permanent evaluation of digital distribution in the different areas of its supervision sector;
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting for all salespeople in your team;
- Ensure competitive monitoring by reporting to the hierarchy all information on Competition activities (launch of new products, various promotions and market events, prices charged, display campaign, etc.);
- Ensure the reporting of attendance records and prices charged for our products versus the competition in the retail channel POS;
- Ensure the monthly evaluation of the salespeople in your team and the calculation of their monthly commissions according to the validated and applied calculation scheme.
What will be your contribution?
1 – Skills:
- Qualification: Bac + 3/4 in Commerce – Sales – Marketing
- Professional experience: at least 5 years of sales experience and 02 years in a similar position.
