As part of the development of its activities, ADVANS Cameroon is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of an ” HR and Payroll Administration Manager ” who will be based at its Headquarters in Douala.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the HR Administration and Payroll Supervisor, the HR Manager will have the following main missions:

- Monitor changes in labor legislation for HR administration and payroll compliance;
- To ensure the compliance of personnel administration procedures to prevent social litigation;
- Ensure the preparation of contractual documents (start / end of contract / transfer / promotion);
- To follow up on health and personal accident insurance benefits;
- To ensure relations with the social partners of the company on behalf of the employees;
- To process the monthly payroll items and ensure their transmission to the internal customers concerned;
- To follow up on annual leave and staff absences;
- To follow up on salary advances and deductions to be applied to staff;
- To follow the monthly electronic declarations and the files of social services with the CNPS;
- To carry out the budgetary follow-up of the HR department;
- Update and maintain the HRIS on a daily basis;
- To carry out the follow-up and an initial analysis of HR reports;
- Manage employee insurance: health and individual-accident;
- To follow the procedure for breach of contract.
Profil / Profile:
Qualities and skills required:
Required Skills
- General knowledge of social law;
- Knowledge of the labor code;
- Understanding of payroll management techniques;
- Mastery of the Office Pack (in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Sense of priorities;
- Great organizational capacity;
- General and practical knowledge of SAGE Payroll

- Use of dashboards;
- Reduction of delays in the completion of family benefits and development of the family allowance sector;
- Development of preventive actions in the management of personnel administration.
Required profile
Minimum education level:
- BAC+ 4, in the fields of: Human Resources Management / Sociology / Human Resources Administration / Law / Management
Required experience:
- 02 years of minimum experience in the management of human resources administration and payroll
- Microfinance or banking experience would be an asset
