MISSIONS 

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Department, the HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring resource development
  • Ensure the administrative management of human resources in accordance with internal standards and best practices
  • Bring HR expertise to other team members



ACTIVITIES

Participation in the definition of the HR strategy

    • Apprehend and decline the company’s HR strategy according to the managed population.
    • Determine the flagship projects according to this strategy and the expectations of the operational staff (report them to his hierarchy).
  • Propose and validate the nature and schedule of HR projects with his hierarchy.

Advice and support for operational staff

  • Respond to operational requests in all areas of HR (labour law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, remuneration, management of IORP, etc.).
  • Appeal, if necessary, to specialized expertise (internally or externally)
  • Provide support to managers in the application of labour law and in the development of teams (recruitment, career management, etc.).
  • Support operational staff in their HR decisions (recruitment, dismissal, appraisal interview, promotion, conflict, social litigation, etc.), help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions.
  • Define and ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures.

Implementation of HR projects

  • Independently lead the multiple HR projects corresponding to the HR strategy: implementation of the HRIS. New organisation chart, organisation of working time…
  • Coordinate activities, monitor and control coverings.
  • Set up HR monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Evaluate operational satisfaction with the HR service delivered and the expected results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

PROFILE

  • Academic level: Bac +5 specialized in Human Resources Management, Labour Law, Sociology, Psychology.
  • Additional training and/or qualification: Business School (ideally with option or Specialization in Human Resources)
  • Professional experience: 5-7 years minimum
  • Maximum age: 45

Technical skills

  • Versatility in all areas of human resources management: recruitment, training, employment law, career management, payroll. It is indeed a generalist position.
  • Economic and financial culture, in order to promote dialogue with operational staff and to be credible with them Knowledge of the company’s trades and in particular those corresponding to the managed population.
  • Mastery of computer tools (especially word) and HR software

PERSONALITY TRAITS

  • Good oral and written communication in order to build quality relationships with internal and external interlocutors (interfaces are numerous)
  • Listening skills to take into account the expectations of operational staff
  • Flexibility and firmness in relations with operational staff
  • Strength of conviction to convey ideas and projects, as well as a certain ability to negotiate
  • Sense of organization to carry out these projects and control their implementation
  • Ability to lead several projects simultaneously because the points of application of the HR profession are numerous
