CCA bank is recruiting a Skills Development Manager/CCA ACADEMY OFFICER
Missions and responsibilities
- Identification/inventory of training needs
- Design of training programs/modules
- Recruitment/Selection and management of trainers
- Educational monitoring and change management
- Training evaluation and reporting
- Design and management of the “Graduate Program”
Job Requirements
- Bac+5 in Human Resources Management.
- A degree in Training Engineering or Educational Science would be a great asset.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in training management
- Good knowledge of banking professions.
- Good knowledge of the Bank’s business. – Mastery of IT tools and ease with new technologies.
- Teaching and communication skills
