BLESSING PETROLEUM SA is launching a first call for applications for the recruitment of one (01) Gas Sales Representative in the city of Douala.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Manager, your main activity will consist of managing the supply and storage operations of our company’s petroleum products, in compliance with the requirements of cost control, profitability and operational safety defined by the General Management. You will also ensure the availability of products to customers under optimal safety conditions for greater customer satisfaction.

MISSIONS

Reporting to the Director of Operations, your main duties are as follows:
Optimization of product purchasing operations with the aim of controlling costs and improving the performance of company activities;
Planning and control of supply operations and stock flows;
Optimization of product flows and anticipation of storage needs;
Evaluation and control of the acquisition costs of petroleum products (fuels, lubricants and gases);
Support for transit and import operations of petroleum products;
Supervision of product invoicing operations;
Monitoring of collection vouchers;
Monitoring strategic customers and suppliers for good communication and effective collaboration;
Management and budgetary monitoring of operating activities;

Legal and regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance of activities;
Reporting of activities.

PROFILE

Required qualifications:
Bac +4/5 in Accounting/Finance
Significant professional experience of at least 5 years in the position
Professional experience in the distribution of petroleum products or in a related field
Good team management skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Emergency and priority management, results orientation
Inventory and supply management
Accounting imputation
Driving license B
Desired qualifications:
Good knowledge of transit and import operations of petroleum products
Fluent English
Proper use of SAGE X3
Risk management: identification, classification and analysis

Knowledge:
Billing of orders
Accounting for transactions
Legislation on the importation of petroleum products
Legal regulation of the distribution of petroleum products
Know-how:
Communication with customers for quality of service in accordance with standards
Team management
Work methodically, rigorously and respecting deadlines
