We also have agreements with several higher and technical education establishments in Cameroon; through this channel, we also select
the best students at the end of their studies in fields as varied as the functions of the company.
These are then part of our Graduate Program for a period of 12 months.
At the end of this period, the trainees, on the basis of their performance and the needs of the company, can be recruited as employees.
