Recruitment at Cimenteries of Cameroun (CIMENCAM)
(CIMENCAM) is looking for the needs of its activities for 01 Junior Geologist .
MAIN MISSION
The Junior Geologist’s main role is to carry out geological studies, exploration and mining programs. It also ensures optimization and more profitable extraction of quarries.
- Update the topography of the quarry
- Research resources and reserves in the region
- Update career traffic plan
- Conduct quarry drilling and clean-up activities
- Maintain Career Leveling
- Set up a schedule of raw material exploitation works
- Report on the condition of quarry equipment
- Ensure the continuity of the delivery of the raw material to the factory
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or Mines, Topography
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Good knowledge of mining techniques
- Good computer knowledge (SURFER, STRATER, MAPSource, EXCEL, QMS)
HE/SHE MUST HAVE
- Anaytical and synthetical mind
- Precise and meticulous
- Autonomous in his work
- Communicate with superiors and co-workers
- Precise and meticulous
- Ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of English and French
