For the needs of its services, ORANGE Cameroon is looking for 01 Large Business Account Manager – (2300000G) 

Main missions & activities

Ensure the management of your client portfolio

  •  Conduct customer visits
  •  Maintain and update customer records in your portfolio
  •  Provide a solution to customer complaints and disputes in consultation with the departments concerned

Participate in the development and implementation of action plans for the commercial development of its sector of activity

  •  Propose action plans to promote companies, NGOs and public sector entities
  •  Analyze the evolution of sales in order to propose corrective actions
  •  Ensure the effective implementation of the selected actions
  •  Develop new markets by prospecting customers and partners

Manage performance KPIs

  •  Ensure the reporting of its activity
  •  Ensure the achievement of the business objectives of your portfolio
  •  Consolidate results, analyze discrepancies and make any corrections

Qualifications

  • Education: BAC + 3/4 in Marketing, Commercial
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the commercial/sales profession (telecoms, banking, commerce…)
