For the needs of its services, ORANGE Cameroon is looking for 01 Large Business Account Manager – (2300000G)
Main missions & activities
Ensure the management of your client portfolio
- Conduct customer visits
- Maintain and update customer records in your portfolio
- Provide a solution to customer complaints and disputes in consultation with the departments concerned
Participate in the development and implementation of action plans for the commercial development of its sector of activity
- Propose action plans to promote companies, NGOs and public sector entities
- Analyze the evolution of sales in order to propose corrective actions
- Ensure the effective implementation of the selected actions
- Develop new markets by prospecting customers and partners
Manage performance KPIs
- Ensure the reporting of its activity
- Ensure the achievement of the business objectives of your portfolio
- Consolidate results, analyze discrepancies and make any corrections
Qualifications
- Education: BAC + 3/4 in Marketing, Commercial
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the commercial/sales profession (telecoms, banking, commerce…)
Main location: CM-Littoral
