For the needs of its services, the Factory Management of LA PASTA SA is looking for candidates for the city of Kribi for the position of: Shift Miller – Employee Category (1)

Purpose of the position:

Ensure the execution of the shift work plan, in accordance with the production and quality assurance plan, while ensuring the reporting of production data and the preservation of manufacturing equipment / tools.

Main missions :

•  Launch production operations for the shift according to the production plan;
• Ensure the proper adjustment of production machines;
• Ensure online quality control of work in progress;
•  Ensure compliance with the intervention procedure (CMMS) of his shift and the effectiveness of the corrective maintenance actions carried out;
•  Establish the production report for his shift (physical and in X3);
•  Implement planned hygienic maintenance activities for mill equipment;
•  Apply and enforce good hygiene and manufacturing practices during his shift;
•  Ensure the relay of the animation of the safety and hygiene culture in his team;
• Ensure the management of his shift team.

Profile / Key skills:

• Hold a Scientific or Technical Baccalaureate;
•  Justify a professional experience of at least 3 years within the production department of an agri-food factory, preferably within a flour mill;
•  Having professional experience in a similar position or with management would be an asset;
•  Have knowledge of milling technology and its developments, interpretation of rheological, physico-chemical analyzes and production management.

He/she must have:

• A spirit of initiative and anticipation;
• The sense of precision.
