CADYST Group is made up of 3 subsidiaries: LA PASTA SA, PANZANI Cameroun and SAE.

 For the needs of its services, the Finance Accounting Department of LA PASTA SA is looking for

for the city of Douala candidates for the positions of:

• External Purchasing Accountant 
•  Local Purchasing Accountant (01)

Reason for the position:

Ensures the collection and processing of elements of the Company’s management accounting

LA PASTA SA in matters of local and external purchases and cost calculation.

Main missions :

•  Collect, check and enter invoices for local or external purchases into X3
• Analyze the accounts linked to purchases (charges, taxes, Customs, SGS, Insurance & Others, etc.) and the associated supplier accounts
• Analyze and transmit to the Chief Accountant the expenses and commercial actions incurred on behalf of the partners to be re-invoiced
• Participate in carrying out inventories
• Develop a summary of valued stocks
• Supervise the monitoring of stock movements
• Reconcile X3 stock movements to production movements – stock movement reports: highlight discrepancies and communicate.
• Collect, control and update the supplier tax file dashboard.
• Calculate input purchase costs and production cost
• Produce various reports

Profile / Key skills:

• Baccalaureate + 2 in Accounting and Management or equivalent.
• Professional experience of at least 3 years in an accounting department.
• Knowledge of local taxation, inventory management, cost calculation, import/export
• Good command of Microsoft Office
