Recruitment at the CMA CGM group: Interchange Officer

CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) is a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, dedicated to the development of land transport solutions.

It offers complete and integrated logistics solutions with high added value, adapted to the specific needs of its customers throughout their logistics chain: storage, picking, kitting, processing of packaged goods, post-manufacturing, loading and unloading.




 

The multinational CMA CGM is recruiting 01 Interchange Officer for the needs of its services  .

 

QUALIFICATIONS :

 

  •  Postgraduate diploma in Transport and Logistics or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in accounting and maritime/land operations.

EXPERIENCES :

  • Desirable: Port Operations and Land Transport
  • Required: similar position 2 years minimum.

INDIVIDUAL ABILITIES:

    • Membership, availability and discipline.
    •  Capacity for anticipation, reaction and decision-making, operational culture, application of regulations, organizational skills.
    •  Culture of results (including taking into account costs), respect for deadlines.
    •  Open-mindedness, interpersonal skills, ability to convince, resistance to stress.
    •  Plan, conduct, control management operations and permanent provision of materials and equipment, according to needs and activities developed.
    •  Direct and coordinate the schedules of the teams of timekeepers and machine drivers;

 

 

 

  • Manage the container park qualitatively and quantitatively;
  •  Control and monitor the neutralization of salable containers and isolate them.
  •  Update CargoWise by entering moves in real time with the aim of providing a good KPI (entry time < 2 days)
  •  Control and monitor the provision of containers by bookings/customers
  •  Identify and analyze needs by defining, allocating and optimizing resources with regard to priorities, constraints and external/internal variations.
  • Carry out a systematic monthly inventory.
  • Ensure coordination with the accounting/billing department
  •  Permanently provide the situation of the container park and that related to personnel and equipment.
  • Replace the Park Manager in his absence.
