Anticipate, design and ensure the development and integration of CMA CGM information systems in order to meet the needs expressed by users and in accordance with current internal and external standards.

FUNCTIONAL RELATIONS: Regional IT Manager

MAIN MISSIONS

Manage the production, maintenance and/or evolution of information systems in terms of hardware, software and/or network architecture in order to achieve quality, productivity and security objectives.
Manage orders, IT stock, installation, operation and release
Resolve technical IT problems (system or network and telecom), and implement the necessary changes
Make technical recommendations (e.g., regarding network hardware to purchase, IS infrastructure issues) for IS improvement
Analyze functional/technical data to monitor performance
Validate and integrate solutions into the group’s information system in coordination with IT developers and IT security knowledge
Data analysis and diagnosis
IT production and technical support
Risk detection and prevention
Facility maintenance management
Knowledge of the legal and/or regulatory framework
Knowledge of risk management
