JOB PROFILE

Holder of a minimum BAC + 3 and endowed with good interpersonal skills and listening skills, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Perfect mastery of the office suite (Word, Excel, …)
• Good writing and organizational skills
• Professional experience of at least 3 years
• Sense of rigor, method and work well done
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Discretion, sense of confidentiality
•  Know how to combine rigor and benevolence towards learners and parents

Candidates will be required, among other things, to:

• Contribute to the management of training schedules
•  Establish/update/archive/disseminate administrative and pedagogical documents for learners (Files, bulletins, school certificates, contracts, agreements, sheets, etc.)
•  Participate in follow-up calls and emails to learners, parents, alumni, etc.
• Manage the Director of Studies’ agenda
• Write/follow up on correspondence and administrative documents
• Organize the final defenses
• Etc
