TO KNOW

• Academic level: BACC -2/3 in Accounting and Finance
• Occupational classification: Category 9 step A

 

• Professional experience: 05 years of experience in a similar position

ASSIGNMENT

• Ensure the proper management, safeguard and conservation of the company’s assets; Ensure the management, codification and monitoring of fixed assets:
• Organize and monitor physical inventory operations of fixed assets.

ACTIVITIES :

Activity I: Monitoring and accounting management of fixed assets

• Ensure the application of fixed asset management procedures:
• Ensure correct receipt of all fixed assets in SAP:
• Perform the maintenance and permanent update of the fixed assets management database, fixed assets files;
• Ensure the commissioning and codification of the fixed assets received;
• Ensure the proper distribution of fixed assets received by office, by building and by center;
• Ensure the follow-up of all movements of fixed assets (transfers, assignments, rebusing,);
• Establish the minutes of the commissioning of fixed assets;
• Establish the minutes of exit of fixed assets;
• Ensure the proper management of the physical inventory of fixed assets operation;
• Ensure the clearance of instances raised during reconciliation operations between the physical inventory and the accounting data of fixed assets:
• Ensure the application of procedures for safeguarding and closing the fixed assets database;
• Propose any updates to fixed asset management procedures.
• Ensure the proper accounting of monthly fixed asset management amortization allocations with the accounting department;

 

 

 

Activity 2: Investment budget monitoring

• Provide support for the production of certain management tasks (dashboards, budget presentation reports, financial analyses, etc.)
• Participate in the execution of budget closing operations (depreciation, etc.)
• Create fixed asset sheets (assets and related budgets) in SAP and ensure the reliability of data (accounting allocation, compliance with analytical codes, vehicle registration, property and cadastral references, origin of goods, acquisition value, net accounting…) Manage and monitor fixed assets in their budgetary and accounting implications
• Ensure the reconciliation of the balances of the accounting accounts released by the database

 

 

 

 

 

KNOW HOW:

• Understand the procedures for commissioning and accounting monitoring of fixed assets
• Understand the procedures for monitoring the investment budget in a processing industry
• Know how to apply capital regulations
• Know how to use different office software (Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, …) Know how to use specific software (SAGE, X3, SAP, …)
• Mastery of management, arithmetic and accounting
