Carrefour Cameroon is recruiting SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS TECHNICIAN SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS TECHNICIAN
The position is based in DOUALA.
NATURE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
- Ensure the installation, administration, supervision, operation, maintenance and security of IT resources located in CFAO Retail subsidiaries in Cameroon (software, servers, workstations, POS terminals, PDAs, printers, network, inverters, etc.);
- Provide assistance to users of local applications (payroll, messaging, etc.) and central applications managed by the Group IT department;
- Control and validate the work of subcontractors within its scope;
- Execute all other missions entrusted by the hierarchy.
PROFILE
- Education: Bac + 2/3 IT
- Previous experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Technical knowledge:
- Management software, office automation
- Administration and operation of networks (LAN, WAN, WIFI)
- Administration and operation of MS SQL Server databases
- Certification Cisco (CCNP), Fortinet (NSE4)
- Business software (cash register, shop, etc.)
- Administration and Operation of Windows operating systems
Know-how
- Team working
- Develop a network of internal and external interlocutors
- Communicate with impact
- Spirit of synthesis and analysis
Languages: French / English
