Customer Service Representative (M/F)
NEXAH SARL is a company specializing in the development of digital solutions for the African market. As part of strengthening its customer service, NEXAH is recruiting a Customer Service Representative.
Missions
Under the supervision of the department manager, the candidate will have the main missions of
- • Receive incoming calls and emails from customers, prospects or any other people wishing to have information about the company
- • Manage all customer complaints promptly and efficiently
- • Inform and advise customers, ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of your exchange
- • Make support proposals to clients in line with their strategies.
- • Reactivate all customers who no longer use the service
- • Find strategies to boost the use of the service among customers
- • Ensure that customers are always satisfied with the quality of service
- • Schedule visits to customers for specific assistance or for follow-ups
- • Develop strategies to build customer loyalty
- • Carefully study all customer needs and find strategies to respond to them quickly
- • Be totally customer-centric, use only positive words and phrases in exchanges with customers/partners while ensuring that all other departments adopt the same attitude.
- • Make weekly and monthly reports on missions carried out
PROFILE
- • Have at least a Bac+ 3 in marketing, communication or any other equivalent diploma
- • Have at least 1 year of professional experience in the field
- • Have mastery of IT tools
- • Have mastery of WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT software
PERSONAL SKILLS
- • Be available
- • Be passionate about customer relationship management
- • Have perfect mastery (written and oral) of one of the official languages (French or English); being bilingual would be an asset!
- • Have good communication skills, a strong sense of contact and good interpersonal skills
- • Have a good sense of listening, organization, synthesis and promptness
- • Have a proactive, curious, dynamic, insightful, friendly and disciplined attitude
- • Have the ability to adapt to change and be autonomous
- • Have the ability to work under high pressure
- • Be willing to work in a team
- • Have good morals
- • Have a taste for challenge
