DESIGN AND PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (F/M) – ACREST
ACREST , a reputable company specializing in Manufacturing, CNC Plasma Cutting, and Production of Agricultural Machinery, invites applications for the position of Design and Production Specialist.
We are recruiting to fill the position below; (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE).
Job title: AUTOCAD SOLIDWORK Design and Production Specialist
Salary: Between 60,000-120,000 CFA
Location: DSCHANG
Type of position: Full time, Permanent contract
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital design using online tools or CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
- Familiarity with CNC plasma machine manufacturing processes and operations is a plus.
- Relevant experience or significant internship within a similar organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize designs for various projects including corn mills, small tractor attachments, agricultural machinery and other machinery less than 15 kW using digital tools.
- Collaborate with technicians and welding teams to translate designs into tangible products.
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of design assessments and activity reports.
- Accommodate flexible working hours and possible travel requirements.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in software required for digital design such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication skills in French and/or English.
- Proactivity and strength of proposal.
- Integrity, professionalism and analytical skills.
