Assignment :

Main activities

Operation of the institution

Define and implement the credit and savings policy within the institution
Define the main directions and objectives with dashboards;
Control the follow-up and advice of companies by project managers
Coordinate all activities of the institution
Produce reports on the state of the institution.
Implement the development plan
Evaluate gaps in plan implementation
Update development strategies
Represent the institution to third parties

Resource mobilization

Negotiate with banks and development partners the resources necessary for the implementation of the institution’s development plan
If necessary, seek subsidies with partners
Initiate new products
Develop the institution’s resources

Resource management

Human ressources

Determine skills needs and validate the training plan
Ensure the management of Human Resources

Financial and material management

Ensure responsibility for the management of financial resources (credit lines, funds intended for operations and investments)
Ensure the management of the institution’s budget and cash flow

REQUIRED PROFILE

Required Level: Master or Bac + 5 in Finance or Economics, Business Management; Banking
Professional experience: 10 to 15 years in retail banking or microfinance (2nd category)
Level of study: MASTER 2 / BAC+5
Specialization: Accounting / Finance
Level of experience: Experienced (from 10 to 20 years )

Languages:
French: Fluent proficiency
English: Fluent proficiency
