Assignment :

Main activities

Operation of the institution

 

•  Define and implement the credit and savings policy within the institution
• Define the main directions and objectives with dashboards;
• Control the follow-up and advice of companies by project managers
• Coordinate all activities of the institution
• Produce reports on the state of the institution.
• Implement the development plan
• Evaluate gaps in plan implementation
• Update development strategies
• Represent the institution to third parties

 

 

 

Resource mobilization

•  Negotiate with banks and development partners the resources necessary for the implementation of the institution’s development plan
• If necessary, seek subsidies with partners
• Initiate new products
• Develop the institution’s resources
