SECRETAIRE EXECUTIF (F/H SALAIRE) – SOREPCO SA.
The Executive Secretary’s mission is to define, implement and publicize activities, actions and partnerships of general interest reflecting the societal commitments and values of SOREPCO SA.
ACTIVITES
For good management/development of the Foundation, the Executive Secretary must ensure that the Foundation’s areas of activity generate the expected added value.
Strategy :
The Executive Secretary of the Corporate Foundation assists the President in the management of the Foundation. He she :
– Proposes the strategy, the business plan (action plan and allocation of resources, etc.) and the governance of the Foundation as well as its developments to the President, then to the Board of Directors based on societal needs and the issues identified with the Founder (taking into account its professions, values, strategy, objectives, stakeholders, etc.): objectives, priority axes/themes/targets, scope of action, selection criteria, necessary resources, composition of governance bodies.
– Manages the relationship with strategic management bodies
– of the Foundation,
– of SOREPCO SA: General Management, Management Committee…
– Positions the Foundation’s activity in relation to the stakeholders targeted by SOREPCO SA, where applicable in relation to the company’s other sponsorship activities.
– Analyzes, balances, manages over time and evaluates the portfolio made up of all the projects supported by the Foundation
– Designs projects or operations of a strategic nature, launched at the initiative of the Foundation, and evaluates them
– Establishes a reporting and evaluation system
Selection and support of projects:
The Executive Secretary of the Corporate Foundation:
– Observes societal trends, needs and actors in the Foundation’s fields of intervention
– Detects/searches for projects or partners corresponding to the Foundation’s strategy and ensures a regular flow of projects
– Examines requests from project leaders and projects based on defined selection criteria
– Meets project leaders and identifies their needs and partnership possibilities
– Pre-selects projects likely to receive material or immaterial aid from the Foundation and presents them to the governance bodies (Board of Directors, Endowment Committee, and Project Selection Committee)
– Establishes the letters and agreements confirming the outcome of the selection and controls the implementation of the assisted projects
– Supports, sizes, develops projects compared to their initial definition with project leaders and possible partners, and contributes to the sustainability of their projects
– Creates the conditions for a relationship of trust in collaboration with its partners
– Evaluates projects and partnerships
Resource mobilization
The Executive Secretary of the Corporate Foundation:
– Leads the Foundation’s bodies (BoD, selection committee, executive committee, etc.) and mobilizes their members: qualified personalities, company employees, etc.
– Manages the Foundation’s budget
– Manage the Foundation team
– Ensures relations with supervisory organizations (MINAT, etc.)
– Manages regulatory obligations (legal, accounting and tax aspects)
– Mobilizes the company’s functional resources: communication, legal, HR, accounting and finance, etc.
– Mobilizes and leads the operational resources of the company (companies): volunteers, employees, etc. for projects supported by the Foundation.
– Mobilizes the resources of the company’s stakeholders: suppliers, customers, employees, even the general public.
– Identifies the key players (associations, companies, foundations, public authorities, etc.) acting in connection with the corporate purpose of the Foundation and creates a partnership dynamic around the Foundation’s activities and projects
Communication
The Executive Secretary of the Corporate Foundation:
– Represents the Foundation to public authorities, the company, the Foundation’s governance bodies and all stakeholders
– Manages the Foundation’s communication in relation to the image of SOREPCO SA with a wide range of targets (Foundation governance, institutional, internal, NGOs, associations, general public, economic press, corporate press, beneficiaries, etc. )
– Produces communication tools, documents, events, etc., on the activities of the Foundation or the actions it supports
– Maintains a network of internal and external relations linked to the Foundation’s activity
– Evaluates or requests the evaluation of the impact of internal and external communication linked to the Foundation
– Constructs communication elements with a view to supporting decision-making, particularly for governance bodies, or influencing stakeholders such as public authorities.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
– REQUIRED DIPLOMATES: Bac +4/5: in social and solidarity economy, project engineering, human sciences, social sciences, CSR, sustainable development,
– Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position within a non-profit entity, a sponsorship, marketing or CSR department.
– Have a strong interest in patronage, the field of integration, the associative sectors and the social and solidarity economy.
– Good command of IT tools
– Good command of English and French
