Coexin Consulting’s Consultants and Business Experts work with major public and private accounts, consulting engineering companies in the energy, industry and infrastructure sectors.

Missions
Reporting to the human resources department, the recruitment manager will be responsible for:
- Define, with the human resources director, the missions of the position to be filled and the candidate’s profile;
- Write job advertisements and ensure their communication on specialized websites;
- Receive CVs and select those corresponding to the requested profile;
- Conduct job interviews, administer tests and participate in the selection of candidates;
- Carry out evaluations on the effectiveness of recruitment;
- Represent the company at job forums in order to approach future employees.
Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You ideally have experience in a recruitment firm of at least 3 years
- You speak English fluently (obligatory condition)
- You are enterprising, proactive and rigorous
- Hold a minimum license
