VISION FINANCE for the needs of its services is recruiting 01 INTERNAL AUDITOR

Main mission: Attached to Internal Control to General Management, the Internal Auditor assists in the
carrying out of diversified audit missions and participates in the implementation of control internal to
the institution. 

 

 

 MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Carry out audit and advisory missions and prepare internal audit reports;
• Follow recommendations from internal audit reports, reports from statutory auditors (CAC) and regulatory bodies;
• Analyze gaps and participate in setting corrective actions in collaboration with operational staff;
• Participate in regulatory monitoring, recommend and monitor activity indicators;
• Contribute to the preparation of files for audit committees and other boards;
• Assist in the preparation of the annual report on internal control;
• Assist in the development of the business continuity plan and mapping;
• Produce internal and external reports.

 

 

SKILLS
     Basic profile:

• Hold a baccalaureate +4/5 level in Audit, Control, Banking and Finance, or any other similar field;
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of audit and control, preferably in a banking environment;
• Have strong analytical skills (ability to extract, compile and analyze data);
• Have good organizational and monitoring skills;
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in French;
• Have a good knowledge of information systems management;
• Be able to work under pressure.

Abilities :

• Mastery of control and internal audit techniques;
• Technique for collecting and using information.

• Sense of confidentiality and rigor;
• Spirit of synthesis and analysis;
• Management of stress and its emotions;
• Ethical sense and probity.
