AVICENTER, is a rapidly expanding international financial company. Its main activity is bank guarantees for studies, which offers international students the possibility of justifying their financial resources in a simple, quick and secure manner in order to obtain their student visa for France. To support our strong development, we are looking
for actively a qualified accountant (M/F). Under the authority of the Financial Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the accounts of several of our agencies through regular accounting .
Your main missions will be as follows:
- Imputation and recording of all accounting operations according to the rules of the accounting plan (Sales, Banking, etc.)
- Monitoring of analytical accounting,
- Verification of turnover and integration of sales,
- Analysis of accounts: lettering and justification of customer accounts and general accounts,
- Development of different control tables on EXCEL
Required profile :
- Bac+2, Bac+3 training (BTS, DUT, DCG, etc.), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are dynamic, rigorous and organized with interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Your ability to adapt and be autonomous will be essential assets for this position.
- You have a perfect command of Excel and all office tools.
- Knowledge of Sage 1000 Software would be a plus
- You know how to manage a large volume of data entry
