Recruitment Notice: 01 Senior Trainer INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICITY

The firm  SUCCESS CONSULTS is  recruiting 01 Senior Trainer on the theme:  INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICITY in order to  hold training for the personnel of the mechanical department of an industrial company,

 

 

 

OVERALL TRAINING OBJECTIVES

At the end of the training, learners are able to:

• Learn the principles of industrial electricity devices used by the most modern companies in Cameroon,

Read        and interpret electrical and electronic diagrams, automation,

• Develop a diagnosis, detect a malfunction,
• Use electrical measuring devices and CMMS software (computer-aided maintenance management),
• Apply control and test rules and procedures,
• Wire electrical cabinets
• Respect the strict safety standards and regulations of the industrial environment which uses sometimes very high powers,
• Work as a team (exchange of information with other professions),
• Use a computer to research data sheets.

 

 

TRAINER MISSIONS:

• Hold the training session,
• Create training manuals in word and powerpoint format,
• Post-training follow-up of trainees as needed,

NB  :

• The Expert Trainer must propose the major training modules,
• The training methodology,
• The Expert Trainer must attach to his application his financial claims in terms of  daily fees ,

REQUIRED PROFILE

• M/F Between 40 – 60 years old
• Min Bac + 5 in electrical engineering or equivalent,
• Being certified will be a plus
• At least 13 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering in a large-scale company, particularly industrial, as a senior executive,
• At least 05 years of experience in training professionals and company staff on such topics,
• Ability to design training manuals,
• Ability to design interesting formative slides with Powerpoint,
• Good phrase,

 

DURATION OF THE TRAINING MISSION

• The training course will last 10 days,
• The training course will take place in Douala but could also be relocated,
• The learners will be engineers, technicians from an industrial company,
