LA REGIONALE BANK 1st financial institution listed on the BVMAC is looking for the needs of its services:

WE ARE RECRUITING TWO LA REGIONALE BANK
LAWYERS GENERAL MISSION Ensure the safeguarding of the interests of the bank through compliance with regulatory texts and the implementation of the legal culture within LA REGIONALE BANK

As such, he is responsible for implementing
• Legal design and administration processes; General and commercial contract management process;
Litigation recovery process;
• Process of formalization of legal acts;
• Warranty management process;
Process of executing court decisions. Permanent legal advice and assistance to the bank and operational services
PROFILE
• Have a Bac +4 in business law or fundamental private law
• Have professional banking experience of at least 3 years
Have completed an internship in a banking firm lawyer would be an asset
SKILLS
• Be honest, professional and rigorous
• Master the IT tool
