 POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISORS (BDS) (M/F)

LOCATION: BAFOUSSAM & FOUMBAN

MISSIONS:
Develop your customer portfolio and ensure the availability of products in your territory
REQUIRED PROFILE
– Bachelor’s degree + 3 in Marketing, Sales or Management Experience required of at least 02 years in a similar position
– Experience in marketing of consumer products
– Experience with a brewing industry as a manager of different types of customers (B2B) is a plus. – Strategic vision
– Good understanding of large groups (MACRO- PESTEL -SWOT etc.)
– Bilingual French / English is an advantage,

 




 

– Holder of at least a B license with driving experience
– Mastery of direct and indirect team management of sales_
– Establishment and management of a commercial plan
– Technique for establishing travel plans
– Able to understand and interpret the main financial reports
– Basic coaching skills
– Mastery of IT tools (Microsoft) and digital technology.
– Is a force of proposal and initiative
Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the set objectives
Rigor, sense of organization and work autonomy
– Sense of priorities and organization
– Ability to adapt to changes, deal with emergency situations

 





ACTIVITIES
– Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan for the area
– Achieve the objectives of volume, market share, coverage and distribution rates as agreed in our submarket strategy_ – Ensure the recruitment and development of distribution partners (Spiders or PET wholesalers)
– Ensure the construction and sustainability of a solid “win-win” relationship between UCB, its distribution partners and the PET wholesalers in the area.
– Optimize distribution costs in the area of ​​competence – Create an optimal relationship with spiders (soft drink wholesalers) with a view to maximizing volumes and market shares.
– Recruit spiders in sufficient numbers to ensure coverage of areas that are not sufficiently exploited and set up techniques to motivate and retain them
– Frequently review and readjust the plans and KPls necessary to guarantee the achievement of key objectives.
– Ensure the permanent presence of stocks at spiders and other wholesalers and at retail outlets (bakeries, supermarkets,

– Monitor the activity of the competition and produce a regular report on it and its impact on our activities and our performance
– Propose commercial and marketing actions aimed at accelerating the performance of its territory
– Measure and evaluate the performance of wholesalers and permanently review their status
Initiate, implement, manage and evaluate NAB activities in the territory – Assist and advise wholesalers on good practices in financial, inventory and human resources management
– Supervise permanent and temporary NAB resources in its territory
