The firm SUCCESS CONSULTS is recruiting for one of its clients based in Douala and specialized in the production of high-end lubricants 02 COMMERCIAL for the development of its sales activities.

MISSIONS OF THE JOB
• Develop sales with major ACCOUNTS and other corporate customers,
• Participate in the design of the commercial policy,
• Coordinate the delivery of products,
• Carry out quality customer follow-up,
• Manage customer satisfaction and complaints,
• Propose loyalty measures,
• Ensure competitive intelligence,
• Periodically produce sales statistics and activity reports,

PROFILE
• Home/Woman between 25 and 30 years old,
• Min Bac +2 in commercial action or equivalent,
• Min 02 years of professional experience in the sale of lubricants (exigible experience),
• Experience in B to B sales,
• Good prospecting and business development skills
• Writing and communication skills,
• Mastery of Word and Excel,
• presentable ,
• Immediately available,

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
• Days of work: in accordance with Cameroonian law
• Salary: to be negotiated + bonuses on sales,
• Contract: Trial + CDI if trial conclusive
