JOB DUTIES
After a week of training on our products and services (products, variants, etc.), you will be required to generate sales through physical, telephone and digital canvassing (social networks, direct mail, etc.). You will be responsible for attracting potential customers to purchase our products or services. Being a Business Developer at eDesign means playing a key role in the growth of our turnover, it means being the essential person to support our customers in their project or specific need.
Business development :
Develop commercial proposals, costings and submit for approval (ensure technical possibilities during costings).
Prospect, maintain and develop a clientele of companies and individuals
Sell, in accordance with the company’s strategy.
Achieve sales targets. Comply with internal procedures.
Provide competitive intelligence
Detect future customers
Ensure regular and timely reporting
Follow customer files
Manage the various administrative tasks related to the position.
Conduct telephone, email, online prospecting…
Contacting and follow-up of prospects
Identify the decision-making circuits within the targeted companies
Present and adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by prospects
Negotiate with customers in agreement with the line manager, prices, deadlines and quantities
Have sales contracts signed.
Follow-up and commercial development of customers:
Ensure compliance with the terms of the contract and ensure customer satisfaction
Respond to any commercial request from customers or prospects
Production monitoring:
Debt recovery
Maintaining a client schedule dashboard
Meet customer collection deadlines
Teleprospecting and telesales of our products and services:
Canvass people by phone using the directory to sell products
Answer incoming calls from potential customers
Use scripts to provide information about service features, pricing, etc., and present their benefits
Ask relevant questions to understand a customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the products or services meet their needs
Record customer’s personal data accurately in the database
Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the good reputation of the company
“Do more” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
Keep a history of calls and sales and note useful information
Administrative tasks for calls (sending of technical data sheets, email confirmation, etc.)
Scheduling telephone follow-ups
Prospecting calls to land new accounts
In outgoing calls, telesales of services to SME decision-makers
Ensure the continuity of relations with your client portfolio
Acquire new customers
Negotiate and of course close sales!
Online sales via Digital:
Provide digital animation;
Ensure online communication of products and services;
Ensure the various online commercial prospecting;
Establish a commercial strategy aimed at achieving the objectives;
Ensure the management of the customer portfolio to conquer (physical and online);
Ensure the development of the customer portfolio to conquer (physical and online);
Achieve set goals.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Equipped with an extensive address book , you have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to communicate effectively having at least a university education at BAC + 2 level in Commerce, Marketing, Communication, etc….responding to many requirements below:
– Proven experience as a Salesperson or other customer service/sales role
– Recognized track record of achieving sales quotas
– Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone exchanges
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to negotiate and handle complaints
– Persevering and results oriented
– Patient and able to bear the refusal of a customer
– You provide proof of a successful experience in the sale of products/services
– You master communication techniques and are particularly able to formulate clear and precise answers to customer questions
– You are serious, dynamic, show initiative and good business sense.
– You master internet browsing and the usual office tools (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
