to the Local Family Strengthening Coordinator, community facilitators will have the following responsibilities:
1. Ensure the implementation of activities in accordance with the organization’s strategy and values;
2. Participate in the planning and internal meetings of the project; 3. Ensure the animation and implementation of project activities in accordance with the guidelines;
4. Complete and document the implementation monitoring tools;
5. Provide a weekly and monthly report of the activities carried out based on the frameworks;
6. Feed the database of testimonies and photos;
7. Organize initial and in-depth assessments of participants;
8. Develop and monitor family development plans (PDF); 9. Enter data into the PDB2 and ensure that it is regularly updated;
10. Offer participants services adapted to their needs as provided for by the project;
He, Maintain a relationship of trust with the community and strengthen ties with field actors;
12. Communicate effectively with community members, listen to their needs and create an environment of trust;
key skills and experience
• Training: Bac+3 or more in Sociology or local/community development;
Project management, Social Work, Law, Child Protection or any other related discipline, A minimum of 3 years’ experience in community mobilization, associative structuring, economic strengthening/management of AGRs, approach based on the rights of children and young people;
Administrative management
Creativity: design and lead various activities. Pedagogy: know how to transmit knowledge and lead groups. Languages: French, English;
Good writing and oral skills required
• Mastery of IT tools: mastery of the Office pack Word, Excel, powerpoint, publisher, etc.,; Possession of a license (car or motorcycle) is an asset.

Ability to listen and lead; Teamwork; be able to work effectively with other facilitators or speakers.

Dynamism, organization and rigor; Sense of fairness;
Ability to mobilize and bring together, Creativity and innovation: Find innovative solutions to local problems. Project management skills: Plan, organize, implement activities, submit quality and timely reports.
