Main mission: Ensure the application of risk management procedures in the context of setting
up credits
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Processing of credit files (CCT, CMT, overdraft and guarantees).
– Check the completeness and compliance of the documentation in accordance with CIC / CSC decisions;
– Generate guarantee numbers in DIANUC;
– Perform the validation of customs bonds in the CAMCIS platform after various checks;
– Elaborate without error an implementation memo respecting the credit conditions approved by the CIC
/ CSC;
– Develop the documentation verification sheets (and the disbursement sheet for the drawings on
the lines);
– Enter authorization and update existing authorizations;
– Sign the implementation memo and send to operations against discharge.
Processing of proofs (elaboration and follow-up) production statistics
– Elaborate the various monthly proofs (CMT, CCT, cash coll customers DCPR…);
– Transmit a weekly report to the network indicating the files processed during the week;
– Send an email every day to operations indicating the memos sent.
Processing of various clearances
– Processing requests for early repayment of credit and/or late payment from customers;
– Process the hands raised from sureties and real guarantees;
– Dealing with forfeitures of terms after CRP decision;
– Process requests for denial of savings account / BDC and DAT and current account coverage.
– Carry out the monthly clearance of non-real guarantees that have expired and/or whose related commitments are
fully covered;
– Carry out the monthly clearance of overdue deposits, the clearance of which is not subject to the provision
of a show of hands;
– Carry out the monthly cleaning of expired authorizations and/or whose commitments are fully covered.
Management of the assigned portfolio review committees (CRP)
– Extract and process the statements necessary for the portfolio review every first day of the month,
then send them to the commercial line;
– Consolidate and analyze the comments of the Managers, and transmit to the Head of the CAD Service and to the DE
for the final decision of the CRP;
– Prepare the report of the CRP with the annexes, in accordance with the COBAC recommendation;
– Store and classify the said minutes and annexes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS
▪ Minimum BAC+3 in Banking and Finance, Accounting,
Management, or any related field;
▪ Professional experience of at least 2 years in the
function;
▪ Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
