RECRUITMENT OF CUSTOMER CHARGES
For the revival of its activities, the NEW MANAGEMENT of SOFINEC FINANCE is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of 02 (two) account managers for each of its agencies in Biyem Assi and Essomba.
PROFILE REQUIRES:
- Be a man or woman of good character, versatile, aged between 25 and 30;
- Have at least a Bac + 2 level training in Management / Accounting / Banking / Finance / Law;
- Have a minimum experience of 02 (two) years;
- Ability to detect customer problems and propose appropriate solutions;
- Have a real business sense;
- Be a good psychologist, pedagogue and have a strong capacity for persuasion;
- Have the sense of listening, the spirit of initiative, and the sense of organization;
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and to adapt;
- Have a high sense of service, be attentive and caring.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception, advice and orientation of customers;
- Detection of customer needs and proposal of appropriate services;
- Promotion of the company’s products;
- Maintain and develop the client portfolio;
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls;
- Implement the commercial policy of the company;
REMUNERATION: Negotiable.
