RECRUITMENT OF CUSTOMER CHARGES

For the revival of its activities, the NEW MANAGEMENT of SOFINEC FINANCE is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of 02 (two) account managers for each of its agencies in Biyem Assi and Essomba.

PROFILE REQUIRES:

Be a man or woman of good character, versatile, aged between 25 and 30;
Have at least a Bac + 2 level training in Management / Accounting / Banking / Finance / Law;
Have a minimum experience of 02 (two) years;
Ability to detect customer problems and propose appropriate solutions;
Have a real business sense;
Be a good psychologist, pedagogue and have a strong capacity for persuasion;
Have the sense of listening, the spirit of initiative, and the sense of organization;
Ability to work in a team, under pressure and to adapt;
Have a high sense of service, be attentive and caring.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reception, advice and orientation of customers;
Detection of customer needs and proposal of appropriate services;
Promotion of the company’s products;
Maintain and develop the client portfolio;
Manage incoming and outgoing calls;
Implement the commercial policy of the company;

REMUNERATION: Negotiable.
