LILI GROUP SARL French company newly established in Cameroon and specializing in HR, transport, real estate and wholesale trade services offers as part of its activities 02 development / commercial associates.
Missions:
• Prospect and build customer loyalty
• Promote the service offering or products for which he is responsible;
• Participate in the development of the company’s portfolio;
Main activities :
• Make regular visits to prospect new customers;
• Daily monitoring of prospects;
• Analyze and understand the customer’s needs and offer them solutions,
• Carry out online and field prospecting;
• Implement the activity monitoring table.
SKILLS :
• Creativity and Responsiveness;
• Mastery of sales techniques and negotiation of service offers;
• Being bilingual will be an asset;
• Good oral and written communication;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidate profile:
Have a minimum of a BTS in human resources, commerce, marketing, communication or in an equivalent field and 01 year of professional experience;
Or have a bachelor’s degree with 03 years of professional experience in the sales field
Have a minimum of 01 year of professional experience;
Having experience in selling HR type services will be an asset.
