Responsibilities
Missions:
Organize and plan the commercial activity of these points of sale, with the aim of developing them, leading them and achieving the objectives defined by the General Management of the Company.
Job activities:
– Manage employees under your responsibility by creating a work environment that facilitates active team collaboration in order to optimize team performance;
– Ensure that the activities of Insurance account managers are carried out in compliance with company rules;
– Schedule and supervise the activities of Insurance account managers, give instructions, motivate and coach them if necessary to achieve the company’s objectives;
– Apply the operational plan aimed at achieving sustainable growth of the Company;
– Ensure compliance with sales traceability, premium collection and premium recovery procedures;
– Ensure compliance with the agency’s structural cost management ratios;
– Ensure the transmission of information and the good understanding by employees of the company’s guidelines, directives, policies and programs;
– Negotiate and conclude the sale, deliver guarantees;
– Populate the database and customer files;
– Guarantee the proper execution of commercial action plans aimed at customer retention and commercial development;
– Manage the relationship with the clients in its portfolio;
– Monitor the claims files of its customer portfolio;
– Coordinate the collection of market and competition data and ensure the transmission of information to the hierarchy.
Educational Requirements
Required profile:
Graduate of a baccalaureate + 3 in Commerce – Sales / Insurance / Management Sciences / Legal Sciences or other equivalent diploma.
Experience Requirements
Justify at least 5 years of professional experience as a salesperson with 02 years as a Supervisor/Manager.
Additional Requirements
Know-how:
– Good knowledge of sales techniques and commercial management;
– Knowledge of the market and products would be an asset;
– Good expression of French and English
– Good command of the MS Office pack and ease in using computer equipment (proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential);
– Creativity – Ease in human relations.
