MAIN ACTIVITIES:
– Ensure that the malt stock has the required characteristics;
– Follow the quantities of malt to be ground according to the pre-established recipe;
– Check the mill, the cleanliness and safety of the area;
– Control utilities such as steam pressure, different types of water used, pressurized air, cooling;
– Respect the standard operating procedure for the aid material (kieselguhr, silica gel, PVPP, KMS);  
– Ensure that all the ingredients necessary for a brew are available (citric acid, hops, ZnCl2 or other ingredients);
– Mastery of IT and office tools.
REQUIRED PROFILE
– Bac +3 in food engineering, biochemistry or similar
– At least 03 years of experience in a brewery  
– Mastery of the brewing room
– Mastery of the beer filtration procedure
– Mastery of the syrup room
– Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack)
– Good ability to work in a team and under pressure
