Recruitment Notice: 02 Marketing Specialists

We are currently looking for two qualified and motivated marketing specialists to join our team at Kawlo, a mobile application dedicated to supporting students in their exam preparation. As Marketers in this role, you will be responsible for onsite and digital marketing activities. 

 

 

 

You will oversee call center operations and handle public relations duties. Fluency in English and French is required for these positions. Additionally, we ask candidates to send their resume along with a detailed marketing strategy outlining how they will increase sales.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

Call Center Operations:

•  Supervise the call center team and ensure quality customer service to users seeking assistance.
•  Develop training materials and protocols to improve call center performance and efficiency.
•  Track call center metrics, analyze data and implement improvements to improve user experience.

Public relations :

•  Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers and relevant stakeholders.
•  Manage crisis situations and reputation management effectively.

Requirements :

•  Proven track record in onsite marketing, digital marketing, call center operations and public relations.
•  Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
•  Familiarity with the education sector (GCE) and understanding of student needs.
•  A university degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.

 

 

Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary for these positions is a fixed salary of 75,000 CFA + commission based on sales for the month. Salary will be reassessed after a period of three months based on performance. During the one-month probationary period, candidates will only receive a transportation allowance. Health insurance is not provided.
