Recruitment notice: 02 SAGE MANAGEMENT OPERATORS

The SUCCESS CONSULTS firm is recruiting for one of its clients based in Douala and specialist in the sale of luxury clothing 02 OPERATORS SAGE COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

with position based in Douala.

 

 

POSITION MISSIONS:

• Opening of customer accounts,
• Management of customer accounts, creation of new contracts and customer orders in the software,
• Manage invoicing,
• Customer interviews for delivery and collection of invoices in collaboration with the teams
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer/member files in the software,
• Accurate verification and validation of payments on the correct invoices
• Produce reports,

 

 

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• M/Female between 22 – 35 years old,
• Bac + 2 in Marketing, Commercial Management or other,
• Very good command of the use of Sage Gestion Commerciale,
• Min 2 years of experience as a salesperson, cashier with use of Sage Gestion Commerciale,
• Very good command of Excel,
• Etre solution oriented,
• Immediately available

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

•  Workplace : Akwa/Douala,
