Job title: Sales and Marketing Assistant
Location: Douala – Cameroon

Job description:
The Institut Universitaire Jacky Felly Nafack Hightech University Institute (JFN-HUI) is looking for 02 sales assistants to join its sales team. Applicants will be responsible for selling higher education training offerings offered by the university. They will work closely with the marketing and commercial team of the university to achieve the objectives.
Responsibilities:
– Promote the university’s higher education programs to potential clients;
– Perform presentations and demonstrations of training offers;

 

 

 

– Work closely with the university’s marketing team to develop effective recruitment strategies;
– Participate in marketing events, such as job fairs and educational fairs, to promote university programs;
– Maintain regular monitoring of potential future students and students already enrolled at the university to ensure their satisfaction and retain them;
Requirements:
– Bac + 3/4 diploma in commerce, marketing, communication or in a related field;
– Minimum 1 year of experience in prospecting, preferably in the higher education sector;
– Bilingual

 

 

Languages: French: fluent English: fluent
– In-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques;
– Ability to work independently and achieve goals proactively;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Ability to work under pressure;
– Good listening skills;
– Experience in planning and coordinating marketing events;
– Knowledge of current trends and developments in the higher education sector.
