POSITION: 02 SALES SUPERVISORS (M/F)

WORKPLACE: DOUALA / YAOUNDE

DIPLOMA REQUIRED:
Minimum Baccalaureate or any equivalent diploma Experience required: 02 years Minimum Language: French & English

Position missions:
Under the supervision of the regional and the Sales Director, the Sales Supervisor coordinates sales activities and receives orders. He guarantees the performance of his work area, plans and organizes the work.
Activities
✓Supervises and coordinates sales
✓Distributes and monitors the sales objectives assigned to him by client – ✓Increases prospecting and testing in order to recruit new clients
✓Ensures the development of sales and the brand in the work area
✓Collects orders from its customers, transmits them to the Sales Secretary and monitors deliveries
✓Ensures the monitoring of its customers’ accounts and compliance with invoice payment exchanges
Implements the communication and promotion strategy in the field tion in collaboration with the CME and the regional,
✓Ensures competitive monitoring: prices, promotional offers, field deployment, etc…
✓Carries out satisfaction surveys and proposes improvements Prepares a daily report to the regional and weekly to the Sales Director
