We are recruiting recruiting for a communication agency headquartered in Douala  03  ASSISTANTS.ES ADVERTISING PROJECT MANAGERS ATL / BTL

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the authority of the Marketing Director, his main activities will be:

• Assist the marketing manager in designing ATL/BTL/TTL policies,
• Manage relationships with advertising providers,
• Manage operational teams (hostesses, commandos, etc.)
• Manage operational marketing projects,

 

 

 

 

• Coordinate point-of-sale events,
• Coordinate social media activities,
• Write activity reports
• Proceed to activity reporting

 

 

 

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Woman / Man between 25 and 35 years old  (female candidates encouraged),
• Bac+ 2/3 in Marketing, Sales or equivalent,
• At least 02 years of professional experience in an advertising agency in projects for companies,
• 02 years of professional experience in ATL/BTL activities,
• Very good knowledge of operational/street marketing and trade marketing,
• Successful experience in managing sales teams,
• Proven ability to design and implement ATL/BTL advertising policies,
• Proven experience in managing client projects,
• Proven experience in trade and/or street marketing,
• Fluency in English will be an asset,
• High sense of responsibility,
• Creative, motivated, with a sense of teamwork and a job well done,
• Sense of service, rigorous and methodical
• Immediately available,
