Recruitment notice: 03 Bilingual telephone advisors
Position to be filled: Bilingual telephone advisors M/F – Yaoundé
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in the outsourcing sector: 03 bilingual telephone advisors.
Missions
- You are responsible for prospecting and selling the products and services of our clients based in Europe (France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria
- Be at most 33 years old in 2023.
- Be bilingual French/English (German is a plus)
- Experience in a call center is an asset.
- Know how to express yourself with good diction.
- Mastery of office tools (MS office) and Internet Outlook.
- Minimum Bac+2 level in commercial action, communication or any discipline but with experience in sales.
- Be disciplined, persuasive on the phone and very dynamic.
- Able to work under pressure
Remuneration
- 03 months trial (non-renewable), 100,000 FCFA/month
- If successful, permanent contract with base salary between 150,000 and 200,000 CFA + monthly sales bonuses.
- NB: the selected candidates will first be trained on the products and the European market before being operational.
