RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out routine banking transactions

• Assess customer needs and provide excellent customer service and service quality
• Comply with our microfinance policies and procedures
• Handle cash and process transactions with a high level of accuracy respecting the proper use of microfinance instruments

SKILLS

•  Strong oral and written communication skills
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Positive and friendly attitude to maintain good relations with customers and staff
• Strong customer service skills
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Willingness to travel and work in all our agencies
• Must be bilingual (English and French)
• Have at least a BTS
  

Location of the internship :  Douala or Yaoundé
