FINASDDEE Credit Line is looking for 03 Professional Cashier Trainees who share its vision of excellence and distinction. This professional internship opportunity provides valuable experience in the field of microfinance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out routine banking transactions
- Assess customer needs and provide excellent customer service and service quality
- Comply with our microfinance policies and procedures
- Handle cash and process transactions with a high level of accuracy respecting the proper use of microfinance instruments
SKILLS
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Positive and friendly attitude to maintain good relations with customers and staff
- Strong customer service skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Willingness to travel and work in all our agencies
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- Have at least a BTS
Location of the internship : Douala or Yaoundé
