Job description:
The company ARNOLD TRAVELS SERVICES , travel agency, specializing in airline ticket services, consulting and visa assistance, organization of tourist stays, hotel reservations, purchase of various goods remotely, shipping to Cameroon , customs clearance assistance, car rental, search for 3 customer service representatives (M/F) for your needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage your client portfolio.
Prospect and retain customers.
Advise clients
To be bilingual.
Promote the company’s service offerings.
Analyze and understand customer problems or needs and offer them a solution adapted to a customer request or problem
Education + Experience
Have at least a Baccalaureate or Bac+2 from universities or business schools specializing in commerce, sales and/or tourism.
Autonomy, ability to make decisions.
Ability to analyze, listen and synthesize.
Organized and rigorous
Adaptability and resistance to stress.
