Call for applications for the recruitment of three (03) facilitators
The Support Center for Integrated Participatory Local Development (CADEPI) is a national NGO whose mission is to promote dialogue and consultation between stakeholders for the sustainable management of Resources Natural (RN) and the improvement of basic social services (water, health and education).
In partnership with GIZ through its project to Support the Socioeconomic Resilience of Vulnerable Young People (PARSE III), CADEPI is implementing the Project to Strengthen the Socioeconomic Resilience of Vulnerable Young People in the Far North Region ( PRESIJEUN) for a period of 12 months. It is in this context that he recruits three (03) facilitators.
1. Summary presentation of the project
PRESIJEUN aims to improve the socio-economic resilience of vulnerable young people in its target municipalities. Three (03) municipalities are targeted in the Far•North Region: Koza, Cuidiguis and Bogo.
2. Job description
2.1 Job designation: Facilitator, therefore one per target municipality
2.2 Start date: November 10, 2023
2.3 Place of assignment: gogo, Koza and Guidiguis
2.4 Duration of the project: 12 months
3. Missions
L The facilitator is in charge of mobilization, awareness raising, data collection, training and monitoring of project beneficiaries at the municipal level.
He is placed under the hierarchical authority of the Project Manager.
4. Main tasks and responsibilities of the facilitator
Monitor training and support for the economic integration of young PARSE beneficiaries (outputs 2 and 3);
Mobilize and supervise beneficiary groups on a daily basis;
Strengthen the technical capacities of young entrepreneurs in at least one area;
Encourage young entrepreneurs in the implementation of the accounting and management system in their daily activities;
Guide young entrepreneurs towards growth entrepreneurship;
Equipping young people in the field of marketing and communication;

Working in tandem with Communal Coach.
qualification, skills and experience required
Be a Baccalaureate • 3 graduate with at least a technical specialty (agriculture, livestock carpentry, electricity, plumbing etc.);
Have at least years of professional experience
Knowledge of Arumatron techniques
Knowledge of socio-professional problems of young people in Cameroon;
Mastery of cornmurucatton techniques;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Ability to establish strong collaboration with local authorities;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts;
Good knowledge of the Far North region;
Ability to write technical reports;
Ability to establish strong working relationships with colleagues from different cultures;
Ability to work under pressure;
Mandatory mastery of local languages;
Mastery of Word. Excel. Power point. Internet ;
Perfect command, written and oral, of French and/or English.
6. Job requirement

7. Conditions of employment
7. T — Type of contract:
The contract is of the private law type, full-time. of fixed duration, passed between the recruited person and CADEPI.
7.2 — Duration of the contract
The duration of the contract is twelve (12) months, renewable.
7.3 The recruited person must arrange for accommodation in one of the target municipalities
8. Instructions for Submitting Applications
To be selected for the position. candidates must submit the following documents:
A cover letter (two pages maximum) addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CADEPI;
. A curriculum vitae (CV) (five pages maximum excluding publications when relevant) detailing your educational background. diplomas obtained, all professional experience in reverse chronological order. language skills and any other professional title (or certification). All supporting documents for the information contained in the CV must be produced (all diplomas, certificates or attestations of work and internship, etc.) attached to the emails;
3. The names and contact details (telephone numbers and email addresses) of three professional references of hierarchical people who have worked with the candidate;
4. A medical certificate dated less than 3 months;
5. A legalized copy of the required diploma.
The deadline for receipt of files is October 31, 2023.
